Finding a person
Whether you are a law firm, a person who is owed money, or a solicitor who is needing to find a beneficiary who has chosen to cut ties with the family for one reason or another, we can assist you.
Since 2008 we have located over 900 people for many various reasons. Some individuals were extremely difficult to find and yet others were found within 24 hours and during this time we have seen some wonderful reunions.
There are many other reasons for people to go missing such as: an adventurous teenager or an elderly person who has been totally ignored and disregarded even to the point of being mistreated and they choose to ‘get away’ but are not able to look after themselves adequately.
Important! The address of a missing person and/or lost family members will not be released to the client until the investigator is satisfied that the threat of Domestic Violence is Zero. Our policy is to practice Duty of Care to the client, the subject and the Inquiry Agent.
We find anyone, anywhere, for any reason.
Covert surveillance
If you are at all suspicious of your partner’s movements and you suspect it to be infidelity, or spending too many hours away from home without a clear explanation, I am able to give you clarification of the situation without the partner knowing.
Most of my clients have a suspicion only and need to be sure of the true situation to enable them to move ahead with their lives and if needed, I have a second operative available for when the situation requires watching two points of entry or exit of the Subject.
Fact: 50% of these types of enquiries have shown the client and myself that the Subject is innocent of any wrongdoing or mischief.
A civilian person cannot legally conduct surveillance or any other investigation on their own. Surveillance and investigations by anyone other than a licensed professional is considered “stalking” , “invasion of privacy” and may carry a fine or even jail time. Also, any evidence that is collected by anyone other than a licensed professional is not admissible in the court of law.
I observe without being seen.
Background checks
Basic background checks involve confirming a full name, date of birth, current mobile, current email address, workplace, property owner/renter and any court appearances.
These Basic checks are usually carried out for people checking on an intended partner, or for a company intending to hire.
Note: We have only recently completed a complicated historical check for an international client that involved quite a few international time zoned phone calls made to confirm the resume of a candidate of a high profile role within their company.
All Checks can be tailored to suit your needs.

Processing and Serving Of Documents
We serve divorce papers, as well as all other documents for law firms in all States of Australia.
Serving papers is on occasion, an extension of finding a debtor and not an ideal part of investigative work, however, to trace and confirm the person to be served, the trail needs to be followed correctly.
Sometimes the paperwork to be served is simply an oversight of the individual; for example they may have moved house and quite unintentionally have omitted to inform the finance company, or written an incomplete address, or the phone number cannot be read clearly. Another reason is that they are required to appear in court and have deliberately chosen to mislead the authorities of their current address.
Whether it be an innocent oversight, a civil, or criminal matter, we will successfully serve those papers.
